Draft, penned 20 Mar. 1899, of a notice of a selectman's meeting to examine the site location of the Cranberry Club's proposed landing wharf on Fish Point, Great Cranberry Island, Me., signed by William E. Hadlock and W.A. Spurling, municipal officers of Cranberry Isles. The wharf was subsequently approved and built, but over the years it fell into disrepair and only debris remains. The Cranberry Club was an exclusive women's club on Great Cranberry Island, Me., and the wharf was for the use of its members. Penciled draft on one side and identical pen draft on the other.
